Biography

Richard (Dick) Davidson joined Lane & Waterman in 1985 and practices primarily in the areas of banking, commercial real estate, and bankruptcy/creditor’s rights law.

Dick is listed in Chambers and Partners in the area of Real Estate Law and in Best Lawyers in America in Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law. He has also received Drake University Law School’s prestigious ‘150 in 150’ award.

Dick received his Accounting Degree from Drake University, magna cum laude, and his J.D., with honors, from Drake University Law School, where he was a member of Beta Alpha Psi (Honorary Accounting Fraternity) and Order of the Coif. In the Quad Cities, he serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Iowa Legal Aid and formerly Drake University Law School Board of Counselors.
