Pro Bono work at Lane & Waterman is an integral vehicle for giving back to our community. Through partnerships with the HELP Regional Office of Iowa Legal Aid and Illinois’ Prairie State Legal Services, our attorneys work on cases to help those who cannot afford to pay for legal services. Matters we assist with include:

Collaborative Partnership

Through a collaborative partnership with Deere & Company and Riley Safer, we also sponsor an Equal Justice Works Fellow. Our most recent sponsored fellow began in the fall of 2018 and seeks to recruit, train, and transport pro bono attorneys and law students from urban areas to provide legal services for individuals without access to those services in rural Illinois.
