The firm represents many of the largest businesses in the Iowa and Illinois Quad Cities area, assisting those businesses in the development, management, leasing, financing, purchase, and sale of real estate.  As a result, our lawyers routinely handle multi-million dollar, multi-state transactions on behalf of our clients.

Our attorneys hold leadership roles in the Real Estate Section of the Iowa State Bar Association and Iowa State Bar Association Title Standards Committee, and the Board of the Title Guaranty Division of the Iowa Finance Authority.

Attorneys at the firm are licensed to issue both Iowa Title Guaranty certificates and Illinois Attorney Title Guaranty title insurance policies.
