Jonathan L. McGehee joined Lane & Waterman in 2022. Jonathan primarily specializes in intellectual property, encompassing a diverse array of matters such as copyright, trademark, media law, licensing, mergers & acquisitions, start-ups, and commercial litigation.

The Corporate Transparency Act (“CTA”) enacted on January 1, 2021 requires all business entities (described below) formed or registered to do business in the United States to report beneficial ownership information (“BOI”) to the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (“FinCEN”).

As the end of summer approaches, so does our Summer Associate program. This program has provided law students with an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on legal experience after their second year of law school.
