Timothy B. Gulbranson

Biography

Tim Gulbranson joined Lane & Waterman in 2015 and practices primarily in the areas of estate planning and litigation, probate and trust administration, and real estate. He also counsels companies with securities, formation, governance, and contractual matters.

Tim was selected for the 2017-2020 Super Lawyers Rising Star list for estate planning and probate law. He has served on the Board of Managers for Gigi’s Playhouse Quad Cities and currently serves on the Board of Directors for River Bend Transit and the Quad City Music Academy. He received his B.S. from the University of Iowa in 2005 and spent seven years as an active-duty Air Force Intelligence Officer before separating from the military to pursue his legal education. Tim received his J.D. from Drake University in 2015, graduating with High Honors.
