Kurt P. Spurgeon has become a partner of the law firm of Lane & Waterman LLP.

Kurt received his Juris Doctor in 2011 from the University of Iowa College of Law.  He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 2004 from the University of Iowa.

Kurt is admitted to practice law in Iowa and Illinois and practices primarily in the areas of   Mergers & Acquisitions, General Business/Corporate Law, Securities, and Commercial Real Estate.  He is a member of the Scott County, Rock Island County, Iowa State, Illinois State, and American Bar Associations. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Davenport Public Library and Lend a Hand and is member of the Scott County Bar Association’s Barrister’s Ball Committee.
