Lane & Waterman partner Ben Patterson has accepted an invitation to join the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers (IATL). The IATL is an invitation-only honor limited to 250 attorneys across the state who are selected by their peers and voted on by the Board of Governors. Ben joins Lane & Waterman attorneys Bob Waterman, Jason O’Rourke, Mikkie Schiltz, Ian Russell and Joshua McIntyre as Fellows.

Ben serves as the Chair of Lane & Waterman’s Litigation Department and his practice focuses on the areas of medical malpractice defense and construction law.  “Ben’s acceptance into the Fellowship is a proud moment for the firm, and we celebrate his accomplishment as a sign of his and our firm’s commitment to excellence in our trial practice,” Bob Waterman shared.
