Lane & Waterman partner Joshua McIntyre has been unanimously approved for Fellowship in the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers (IATL). The IATL is an invitation-only honor limited to 250 attorneys across the state who are selected by their peers and voted on by the Board of Governors. Joshua joins Lane & Waterman attorneys Bob Waterman, Jason O’Rourke, Rob McMonagle, Mikkie Schiltz, Troy Howell, and Ian Russell as Fellows.

Joshua’s practice focuses on the areas of intellectual property, information technology, and professional malpractice, including matters concerning computer fraud, privacy and data breach, copyrights, trade secrets, domain names, and legal malpractice defense.  “Joshua’s acceptance into the Fellowship is a proud moment for the firm, and we celebrate his accomplishment as a sign of his and our firm’s commitment to excellence in our trial practice,” Bob Waterman shared.
