Lane & Waterman attorney Kyle Day presented to approximately 100 tax preparers and other practitioners as part of the 43^rd Annual Federal Income Tax School hosted at Ottumwa’s Indian Hills Community College last Thursday and Friday. The Federal Income Tax School is a seminar series sponsored by Iowa State University’s Center for Agricultural Law and Taxation with locations throughout Iowa in the month of November and December.

Kyle’s presentations focused on individual income tax issues as well as foreign tax, retirement, and business entity tax issues. As an attorney and Certified Public Accountant, Kyle routinely helps clients in businesses and non-profits with tax issues and presents regularly throughout the region on tax law.
