Overview

Our practice has developed alongside the gaming industry in Iowa from the initial enabling legislation to the development of several recent casinos. We have assisted clients as they moved from boats with bet limits, to dockside operations, to land-based casinos. Our experience in gaming extends throughout the state, and we use this experience and knowledge of the legal and regulatory climate to assist clients in the commercial gaming industry.
