Lane & Waterman to be recognized at Pro Bono Reception

The Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) has named Lane & Waterman to their 2021 Pro Bono Recognition Roster again this year. A virtual reception will be held on June 16, 2021 to celebrate the firms and corporations that have made significant commitments and contributions to pro bono throughout the state of Illinois.

Sam Skorepa, Lane & Waterman partner and long-time proponent of pro bono at the firm, shared, “Pro bono is important to the attorneys at Lane & Waterman, not because of the recognition, but because it is imperative to help those individuals and families who wouldn’t otherwise have access to legal services.”

The virtual event will include a pro bono tour of Illinois with stops in Springfield to hear from Lt. Governor Julian Stratton, and several other towns around the state. To learn more about the free event and to sign up, visit
