Lane & Waterman Successfully Represents Hospital

Lane & Waterman partner, Michael Byrne, successfully represented Morrison Community Hospital District in a lawsuit by a certified registered nurse anesthetist who alleged that Morrison Community Hospital District improperly interfered with a contract, conspired with other defendants, interfered with prospective business relations and defamed him. The Court granted summary judgment in favor of Morrison Community Hospital District and against the plaintiff nurse anesthetist, resulting in those claims being dismissed.
