Lane & Waterman attorney Jason O’Rourke represented an auction facility in a wrongful death lawsuit brought by the administrator of the decedent’s estate seeking $1,500,000 for alleged damages caused by a pedestrian-motor vehicle accident.  After a 5-day jury trial in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa, the jury returned a complete defense verdict on May 22, 2015.
