Tim B. Gulbranson has joined the law firm of Lane & Waterman as an associate.  Lane & Waterman was established as Davison & True in 1854.  It has grown to a general practice law firm with 43 lawyers with offices in Davenport and Moline.

Tim received his Juris Doctorate in 2015 from Drake University Law School. He received his B.S. from the University of Iowa in 2005 and spent seven years as an active-duty Air Force Intelligence Officer. He is admitted to practice law in Iowa, and practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, and real estate. He is a member of the Scott County, Iowa State, and American Bar Associations.  He is also a member of the Twin Rivers Rotary After Hours and a United Way Young Leader.
