Lane & Waterman Accepted to Public Interest Law Initiative Pro Bono Recognition Roster
Lane & Waterman is pleased to announce its acceptance onto the Public Interest Law Initiative’s Pro Bono Recognition Roster again this year. The firm was selected for their innovative steps to expand the firm’s pro bono program. Lane & Waterman is among 46 law firms and corporations named to the Pro Bono Roster.
About the roster: PILI’s Pro Bono Recognition Roster recognizes law firms and corporations whose impressive pro bono contributions are making a difference in Illinois for those who need it most. Law firms named to this year’s roster meet at least two of the following criteria: an average of 35 pro bono hours per legal professional; a 5% increase in Illinois office(s) pro bono hours from the previous year, pro bono participation by 60% or more of the firm’s Illinois attorneys; participation in The Chicago Bar Foundation’s Law Firm Leadership Circle or one of PILI’s Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Committee Pro Bono Pledges; and/or innovative steps to expand the firm’s pro bono program.
