Attorney Jenny L. Juehring authored an article, entitled “Qualified Immunity for Iowa Constitutional Claims,” published in the 2023 Winter Defense Update of the Iowa Defense Counsel Association.  The article tackles the recently changing landscape of qualified immunity for government officials, including municipal officials and employees, in defending alleged Iowa Constitutional tort claims.  The Iowa Defense Counsel Association’s Defense Update publication is published quarterly and is delivered in email and print to hundreds of attorneys and judges across Iowa.  The 2023 Winter Defense Update can be viewed on the Iowa Defense Counsel Association’s website or by using this link.
