Lane & Waterman attorneys Bob Waterman and Josh McIntrye successfully defended on appeal a Polk County, Iowa district court’s ruling in favor of their client, an Iowa law firm, in a legal malpractice case brought by former clients.   Presiding Judge Vogel entered the Decision on June 20, 2018. Lane & Waterman attorneys successfully argued that after their client’s withdrawal as legal counsel for Plaintiffs, the successor counsel had sufficient time to file claims and affirmative defenses on Plaintiffs’ behalf.
