Abbey Furlong and David Waterman successfully defended a local hospital and won a court ruling disposing of a personal injury lawsuit against their client. In a 12-page written ruling, the Iowa District Court for Scott County granted the hospital’s motion for summary judgment finding that Plaintiff’s claims of alleged negligence lacked merit as a matter of law and should be dismissed.
