Troy Howell co-presents on non-competes at the Iowa Academy Trial Lawyers’ Annual Seminar

On February 24, Lane & Waterman attorney Troy Howell co-presented at The Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers’ 60th Annual Seminar in Des Moines on Employment Law-Noncompetes. Troy presented with Des Moines attorney Bridget Penick on litigation tips for both enforcing and resisting enforcement of covenants not to compete contained in employment agreements. Troy has litigated numerous cases regarding the enforceability of non-competes, including having tried several non-compete cases to verdict. He has been a Fellow of The Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers since 2018.
