Court enters agreed order awarding summary judgment to Lane & Waterman client

On June 11, 2015, the Iowa District Court for Scott County entered an agreed order awarding summary judgment in favor of Lane & Waterman’s anesthesiology client in a medical malpractice lawsuit that arose out of the death of a patient following shoulder surgery.
